How many classes does a semester have?

The semester has 20 lessons, officially begins in September until mid-February.

There are always 20 lesson counted from the beginning of the classes, if you start one or two months later, the classes of the semester begin to be deducted from the day of the beginning of your course.


When can I start? Should I begin when the semester start?

You are available to join our courses in anytime you want, starting your semester whenever you want and any special physic condition or experience is need it. All Our course are specially design to make you drop in any time you consider convenient for you. 

The only difference is that you if you join us from the beginning of the semester you will be taking part of our performing day at the end of the semester.


What happen if I cant come to my classes? Can I recover them?

Yes, you have the option of recovering lesson, if you miss some of your lessons you can recover them coming in an extra day of course, during the period of the time of your booking.

What is the difference about the LEVEL and the Aerial Silk Dance Expression courses?

In the level courses we will work in a very simple way, strengthening our body gradually and building it up according to the physical needs for this type of activity. In this way, you will be more familiarised with the aerial world, learning some of the first figure on the silk.

For all those who want to start in the world of aerial dance, this courses will have a duration of 4 weeks per level and are designed to establish the first contact with air work in fabrics, building confidence and recognising the physical strength within this activity.

In the Aerial Silk Dance Expression lessons, is a course of 2 hours. Your course include, aerial technique, floor to the air development, musicality also in each training session you will work in a routine  created in which we will be developing alignment and muscle tone, stretching, figures, dance steps, combos, choreographies, expression and improvisation, the body communication (the gesture and the contact). 

Aerial Dance Techniques: high flights, low flights. Sequences in the air: strength and suspension. Working with: Balance, inverts, contact–silk (from the floor to the air ), climbs, silks, trapeze, aerial hoop, sequences, aerial choreographies (ballet on the air), drops, transition, musicality, body control and safety.
